Ricardo is an Industrial Engineer from Porto. He began his career working in procurement in the energy sector and later moved to a manufacturing environment where he was responsible for the production planning. This diversified work experience allowed Ricardo to develop strong problem solving and analytical skills, as well as a noticeable working capacity. He thrives in collaborative environments and is recognized as a results-oriented individual who brings along focus and an efficiency mindset.

His willingness to learn and to take challenges drives him to pursue his passions. He learned to paint and decided to embrace the MBA in order to upgrade his engineering expertise with latest trends and a complementing business acumen.

Ricardo also believes in work-life balance and enjoys being surrounded by people he cares about. Since an early age he has been a curious observer, as well as a dynamic person.
