Francisco is practical, objective and provides quite a positive assessment of what his life has been like. The reasons for that are more than many.

He serves as General Manager of a company in the field of Mining and Ore Extraction, while being a husband and father of two at home. On top of all those responsibilities, Francisco is also an Executive MBA student.
However, none of this is reason enough to lose focus.

He knows full well where he wants to go and when. His trick is simple: he writes down all of his goals on a sheet of paper and commits to achieving them. That's why he loves being recognised for his effort.
