Diana Caimoto

Life is what you make of it.

Diana is a Civil Engineer with a career path which has led her to different opportunities and challenges. She has worked in Portugal, in an engineering design office, but also in Angola, managing water supply construction works. Later she returned to Portugal to work in her family company in the insurance and real estate sector. Happy and enthusiastic, her biggest achievement was to adapt easily to career and life changes. Diana believes that every obstacle is a life lesson to make her stronger.
Diana is a team oriented, energetic and committed manager, who can bring an integrated view of projects, as well as of her teams, to creative and customer-oriented organizations.
Motivated by working in a team and having a good challenge to overcome, Diana is not a lonely rider. Even her hobbies, in family context, involve team work and communication, as playing and baking with her children are her favourite. Diana knows that no one wins alone.
